Changa Institute Code of Ethics for Psilocybin Facilitators 

1. Respect: Psilocybin facilitators must treat all participants with respect and dignity, regardless of race, gender, age, culture, sexual orientation, or religion. 

2. Safety: Psilocybin facilitators must ensure the physical, psychological, and spiritual safety of all participants throughout the entire process, from initial assessment to post-psilocybin follow-up. 

3. Informed Consent: Psilocybin facilitators must obtain informed consent from all participants prior to initiating any psychedelic experience, and must ensure that all participants understand the risks and potential benefits of psilocybin. 

4. Qualifications: Psilocybin facilitators must have adequate training, education, and experience to safely and ethically facilitate psilocybin experiences. 

5. Professionalism: Psilocybin facilitators must maintain a professional attitude, maintain appropriate boundaries with participants, and commit to ongoing personal and professional development. 

6. Boundaries: Psilocybin facilitators must maintain appropriate boundaries with participants, ensure that all interactions are strictly professional, and never engage in any behavior that could be interpreted as sexual or romantic in nature. 

7. Confidentiality: Psilocybin facilitators must maintain confidentiality of all participants and ensure that all information is kept private, unless required by law. 

8. Respect for Participants: Psilocybin facilitators must not impose their beliefs, personal experiences or values on participants, and must strive to create an environment that is open and non-judgmental. 

9. Respect for the Psilocybin Experience: Psilocybin facilitators must respect the psilocybin experience, acknowledge its potential for personal growth and healing, and strive to create an atmosphere of safety and trust. 

10. Respect for the Law: Psilocybin facilitators must respect local and national laws, and must never facilitate or participate in any illegal activities. 

11. Accountability: Psilocybin facilitators must take responsibility for their actions and be open to feedback from participants and colleagues. 

12. Cultural Sensitivity: Psilocybin facilitators must strive to be culturally sensitive, and be aware of their own biases and prejudices. 

13. Professional Referrals: Psilocybin facilitators must be prepared to refer participants to other professionals if needed.
