Applicants may be either people or legal entities, depending on the licence. The OHA has the following guidelines about who must submit personal information in order to ensure that they have a comprehensive picture of all applicants.
The legal names of all people and organisations that are eligible to apply for Oregon psilocybin license.

Social Equity Plan
